Blokable Doors in Unity Navigation

Im using Unity Pro Navigation. What need to know is How to Block specific path in runtime. Im The game Im working on there is Doors and Doors only opened when the player done the specific Task. And What i need to do is Avoid Player go through the door even the door is closed.
