Using Colour over Lifetime with particles that have a Texture Sheet Animation
Hi,
I've made a particle system that is supposed to shoot out a cone of smoke where by using the Texture Sheet Animation feature each smoke particle gets assigned one of twelve different textures at random.
The problem I'm having is that Colour over Lifetime and Texture Sheet Animations don't seem to work with one another, and I'd really like to change the transparency of my particles over their Lifetime (the colour part isn't as important).
Is that supposed to happen? If it is, is there any way I can still affect the transparency of each particle over its lifetime? Any help would be much appreciated!
UPDATE: For those that are interested, I found the solution: Changing the material's shader to a sprite one solved my issue!
