50mb limit with Unity 3.5 + Android license (not! pro)
Hi,
I am working on a game, pretty big (considering Google Play limit), around 200mb now (really not a chance to make it under 50mb in any way). The problem is, I have free licence of Unity 3.5 (not! Unity Pro), and Unity Android and iOS (the ‘cheaper’ versions). Now I found out, that it’s probably not possible to use Asset Bundles in non-pro version of Unity. Does that mean, that will not be able to divide the app to .apk+.obb, meaning that I cannot get under 50mb -> can’t publish on Google Play? =-O
Is there some solution to divide the app to have only 50mb .apk using 'Unity Indie'?
Also, as long as I ask, are there any similar limits while publishing for Apple, Samsung Apps and similar stores that you know of?
I hope there is some solution especially to the Android limits :( Thanks for your help
