How to get apk file in google-play?

Hello all i m trying to make inapp android billing in my project , i m trying to submit product in google-play, but before submitting it request to upload apk file, i m unable how to get apk file , can u suggest in step wise for getting apk file , i m new for this if u suggest i m thankful for this..
