How to create wire in the background and able to move around when rotate the phone

I have tried using line renderer to create lines. But I don't know why, the lines are not shown in the Game view when play. My goal is to make many white thin wires on a background image in mobile app. The lines will move around when rotating the phone. It feels like users are inside a space with many wires. It is similar to the background in this site: http://entrypointvr.com
