Getting smooth edge rendering
Hi
I have a cylinder with 18 face. (the parts is separate)
I don't want to use 3dsmax or ... for smooth group or somthing else
want to smooth rendering in unity (for example a smooth shading or use post processing if it possible)
How can I do it ?

in the import settings of the torus, ins$$anonymous$$d of importing the normals, just calculate them. The default of 60° should be good even though you can go lower since the outside angles are pretty flat.
thanks but it's not a torus model. i create 18 separate part and attach together to create this torus in unity. for this reason I want use shading or ... to remove this flat edges

as mentioned before by @hexagonius for each separate part you have, in its import settings set the normals to be calculated inside unity and change the angle to something like 90 or so if the edges are too right-angled otherwise, try to make the shading of your model in your 3d modelling program to smooth or something like that.
I do this but the result isn't good (angle 90)
I want to non-use 3d modeling software for smooth this
90 is too much, that's basically smoothing all angles. use like 30 or something.
