Can I put a mesh-rendered image on a terrain-created plane?
I have two planes each measuring 4000xyz with one image placed onto both plains. I'm modeling an entire state with true elevations (meters). Currently I have this 2-part plane (side by side) with a mesh-renderer image of a state map. Below this plane, I have a Unity Terrain-Editor plane (it's big enough to cover 4000 x 8000m).
Can I mesh-render the map image onto the Unity Terrain-Editor plane? Or do I have to somehow modify the Unity Terrain plane separate from the map reference image?
thanks! -g
