Games and websites

I have a question, of course. I have a website, easy with abunch of games movies more... But, the thing is how do I download/put MY games on the website, webplayer, flash, standolone. Step by step. And if you can tell me how I can make a HTML for it or screenshots, so if you click on the picture it will go to the game. For example like addictinng game or free online, or even stickpage.com. Thanks.
