Unity 2D demonnstration game goes slowly on Galaxy S3.

I am making a very simply 2d platformer game, which perform slowly on my device. I didn't know why, so I tried the Unity2d game (Ufo attack in London) too. It has the same issue, the framerate is very small. How can I solve this problem?
