Terrain Height Map Generated from raycast array[Help]

so i have a problem converting my custom data that is essentially already what i need it to be , so i have almost converted a my data which consists of 2d array of Raycast hits getting the height/distance from plane to a mesh that is parallel to plane show here on the x axis (blue = plane, green raycasts directing downwards, black = mesh exported from blender) alt text so the Raycast gets the distance then it is stored in 2d float array then i want to use that float array for a terrain but my out put is not as expected ,this is what i got alt text it would be apprieted if any advice or if you need anything else let me know.

You're really going to need to include some code snippets if you want a good response. It's virtually impossible to guess the problem from screenshots alone.
