Can not activate internal server error
I have tried both internet and manual activation and both times i get a message saying internal server error. does anyone know whats wrong?

You should probably contact sales@unity3d.com - they'll help you. Make sure to let them know the details of your system as it's likely a local problem. If it's not just a local problem, you might try again tomorrow and it'll work ... but in any case, it's a good idea to let them know there's a problem.
