Making objects invisible

I am trying to make something like a capsule object invisible and make it so anything i put inside the capsule is invisible from the outside as well. Is it possible to do this?,I'm trying to make an object like a capsule invisible, and i want to be able to have an object inside that capsule that can not be seen from the outside as well, how would I do that?
