Mesh to Terrain.
Hi, I am using .blend files to try designing terrain for Unity, and I would like to add grass/trees, and I don't know how to do that without the terrain, I tried the Object2Terrain,but it didn't work, no button, so how would I do this? Is there a way to gain a heightmap of the model? Or even really convert it?
Object2Terrain does work. Please read the usage directions closely and follow them; there isn't supposed to be a "button" anywhere.
Okay, I will re-read the whole thing and tell you what happened. $$anonymous$$ade folder named 'Editor' Created Script named 'Object2Terrain' wait... Okay I seen, I thought it was a button, not on the dropdown $$anonymous$$enu. I got it, but its like pixelated a bit, why is that?
Okay like once I have the object to be the terrain heightmap, it has little squares like where bigger polygons were.
