Transparent Vertex-lit, as described in the unity documentation. As a general rule of thumb, Vertex-lit shaders are the simplest to compute, followed by diffuse, specular, normal-mapped and parellaxed.
That's even the same order you can "coincidentally" find under the docs about transparent shaders family
