Did you buy the pro version?

If you're using the indie version, than you don't need one...

If the pro, I'd assume it's in your email account (Check junk folder).

If you have the Indie version - then just open up your Unity and it will ask you for activation code for something, just click on the Internet option - and it will open up your browser to retrieve a free code automatically.

Once this is done, Unity will activate itself .
