Is the Unity Basic Engine completely free?
I'm just wondering if it's entirely free including for all commercial use, or would I have to pay for a license if I made a certain amount of money off of my game?
Did you not see the answer to your other question? I you make more than $100k then you need to purchase a license to continue developing.

Entity Size Restrictions
The free version of Unity may not be licensed by a commercial entity with annual gross revenues (based on fiscal year) in excess of US$100,000, or by an educational, non-profit or government entity with an annual budget of over US$100,000.
