Generating Textures in Shaders?
I want to know if it's possible to generate textures within shaders, basically I want to create textures on the GPU and not the CPU. If it is not possible to do in ShaderLab is there a lower level way to do this but still have it be compatible with Unity?

This is what a RenderTexture does, so yeah, it's possible. But it requires Unity Pro.
