Xcode 8 Missing App Icons in info.plist

I was just forced to update my xcode because my apple tv decided to automatically update overnight. After updating Xcode to 8, my builds no longer have app icons in the info.plist, despite showing up in the Xcode project if I look under the app icon section in the general tab. This is stopping me from being able to deploy to the app store as it fails to find the icons in the info.plist. Anyone know what the cause is? I updated my unity to 5.3.6p5 to see if that patch would fix it, but it didn't.
