How to change Component Icon shown?
Hi.
Is there a way to change the icon shown in a custom components title bar (instead of "js" or "c#" for example).
I've tried making an icon with the same name as the class and putting it into a Gizmos folder as I've read somewhere, but it doesn't seem to work. Do I miss something? Thanks

You can change the icon by selecting the object in Project view, click the icon in the upper left corner in Inspector and select "Other". You can read more about it here.
Hi. Thanks for answer, but I was asking about the icon of the custom Component/Script. The small icon that is shown on the ledt of the Script name, NOT the game object's Icon.
I'm not sure if I follow you, don't you mean the title of the component? This is one of my UnityScript components:
Oh, now I got it! Yes thats what I am after. It seems that I missed the "In Project View" :/ Thanks Save! Does it allways have to show up in the scene view as well?
Anytime! You can use the Gizmos dropdown in both Scene- and Game view to turn on and off gizmos (such as this one). Click the custom icon to toggle.
Is there any way to achieve this programmably, from the script itself when it's being initialized? Thanks in advance.
