[Unity Answers] Formatting buttons are gone

I have no idea why, but suddenly the buttons for Link, Code, Image etc. are gone when I want to ask a new question, comment or post an answer. How do I get them back?

They vanished for me yesterday, and today they're back again. I didn't change anything to make it happen.
