Unity editor cant change icon
So i almost finished my project and decided to change my icon. so i went to player settings and clicked icon, then it became blank and hundreds of errors popped out. I cant access player settings anymore.

Edit: Apparently the source of the issue is Java. You need to uninstall any newer versions from your computer. Only Java 8 works with Unity and Android Studio and the newer ones will make the Android module of Unity misbehave.
Original answer: It's a bug that is happening on 2019.2 and 2019.3 (this doesn't happen in 2019.1 or older versions).
The Android player settings' icons menu doesn't work properly and breaks the interface. For now the "crutch" fix is to change the project platform to PC/Mac/Linux or another platform -> Edit your icons, click a different menu other than icons and then switch back to Android (or platform you are using).
The other menu items don't break the interface and work as expected and the last accessed menu is remembered.
