setting a texture of gameobject to transparent texture..!!
I have an arraylist containing my popUpButtons.Basically these popUpButtons are a plane type gameobjects and these are children of a popUpPlane which instantiates on click of buttons.
i want to set the texture of some of these popUpButtons as transparent .
i want to do something like this ::
if ( popUpButton.count > numberOfButtonsinthisPlane )
{
popUpButton[numberOfButtonsinthisPlane +1].texture = Transparent texture;
}
Don't know how to do this...!!!
any help would be appreciated.
thnaks in advance.
I just formatted your code. You can do this by highlighting all your code, then clicking the 10101 button at the top of the edit window before posting =]
Thanks for the editing...!! but any answer to this problem...???
untested theory :
for ( var i:int = 0; i < popUpButton.count; i ++)
{
if ( i > numberOfButtonsInThisPlane )
{
popUpButton[i].texture = Transparent texture;
}
}
sorry for the short reply, have been called to Borderlands 2 by the $$anonymous$$m. Shall check back later.
Why don't you use transparent shaders? Did I misunderstand something?
