Terrain & Unity water pro
hi! need help. anybody know how solve this problem with water.....terrible band on the water....
You might want to add a little more detail to your question.
What light sources are you using?
Pro/Indie version?
Water version?
Information like that gives us a much better chance at helping you out..
Sorry.... 1. simple directional light without any changes... 2. Pro version. 3. In standart assets Water Pro. Water4Example(Advanced). Thanks a lot for answer...
Im sorry the picture doesnt really do any justice. I can't really tell what everything is :P $$anonymous$$aybe, try lifting the water up a bit. its possible that the water is being smooshed in with that plane or terrain you have there. also did you change the shader settings?
I worry about the band emerging at the intersection of objects with water. I think there is a standard algorithm for optimizing and smoothing to improve performance, but I really need to get rid of it .... setting all the standard and in the shader did not touch ..... Thank you for comment!

This might be some LOD (Level Of Detail) settings that messes up. Try to look at this page and try to see if any of it relates to your project.
Another option is to play around with the viewing frustrum of your camera. I've actually had some problems in the past, where the near clipping plane messed up the rendering of water in the scene..
