Stop Unity and release memory in iOS App
Hi,
i have a business-case which requires me to use Unity as an extension to an existing iOS App. I figured out how i can start Unity if its needed and I'm able to add the Unity-3GLView to my UIViewControllers view as subview.
Now I'm trying to stop Unity in expectation that the memory will be released. Unfortunately my app crashes after calling Profiler_UninitProfiler(); UnityCleanup();
Error:
Mono path[0] = '/var/mobile/Applications/6621EF8C-18B3-4B0C-971B-68FBDF93C502/SingleView.app/Data/Managed' * Assertion: should not be reached at domain.c:1252
Is there a way to stop Unity and start it again if it is needed?
