Uninstalled, but only freed 4 GB
The size of the Unity folder in Program Files was over 30 GB. I uninstalled Unity from the control panel, but only 4 GB was freed from my computer. The Unity folder was still there after uninstalling, but only ~100MB. I deleted the folder.
Is Unity supposed to be over 30 GB? I've hardly played around with it. If it is that large, how do I find and uninstall the rest? I have Windows 8 (unfortunately).

Uhm, my Unity folder has a size of about 5GB (4.7 GiB). If you have uninstalled it, how do you know how large the folder was? Or do you talk about the size the windows unistaller told you? I have never seen a Unity folder larger than about 5GB. Have you installed demo projects?
You might want to check the AppData folder(s). You can get to them by typing "%AppData%" into your address bar of an explorer window (without the " of course).
You might want to check the following folders:
// C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Unity\
// C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\
// C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Unity\
However keep in mind that their might be data relevant to the webplayer plugin.
btw: windows is often "smart enough" to count all data that an application has created as well. So windows might count projects you have created with Unity as well. Unity only is about 4-5 GB

You indicated that the size of your Unity folder was about 30GB. However, try checking the windows temp folder as well if you are using Visual Studio. See this link.
Generally, for "what is taking up space" questions, I would recommend running WinDirStat to find the culprit. It's a free and open source program that analyzes your disk for space occupation. Make sure to run it as an administrator.
