Unity 3.5 dropped support for them (3.3+ deprecated them by making MD the default one), MonoDevelop is the official editor now
not anymore i had to delete unity and reinstall the old one to get a copy of unitron but got it back. i dont like mono.
Unity 3.5 will still work with Unitron (and other editors), it's just not included anymore. If you want Unitron, I'd recommend copying it to Applications, then it will always be available when you update Unity. It's also a good idea to rename your Unity folder before updating, so as not to overwrite the old version, just in case.
yep done that as i couldnt find it anywhere to download online
This will not help you. Its officially dropped so the auto completition etc (unitron and uniscite can not read assemblies to generate it automatically like $$anonymous$$onoDevelop and Visual Studio do it, its either in the manually generated files or does not exist) will not work for 3.5 changes anymore, making its use severly limited.
Autocomplete is generally a good thing to have, but with $$anonymous$$onoDevelop it randomly doesn't work, which is kind of worse than not working at all.
