Fixing the networking example

Any one know how to fix the Networking example from the Unity main site? Its showing problems all over in the car game and a few in the castle preventing me from being able to try it out. Or if not does any one know any where else i could find a free to download demo to teach me how to use the networking?

is there any way of fixing the one from unity its problem has to do with the car game and I would realy like to give it a try?
