Assuming you've got the Android SDK installed, it's just a case of: File -> Build Settings -> Android -> Build.

For more information on how to set up your development environment, and for some gotchas to look out for when developing for Android, try: http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/Manual/android-GettingStarted.html

not so simple in fact... you need to download android SDK first and tell UNITY the path to the SDK. you can get it from here: http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html

then you need to change the build settings for android. if you did it right you should get an APK but keep in mind that you need google developer account to sign and load APK files to google store.
