How to create sun shafts for iOS?
I'm looking for some direction here. I've never created sun shafts before. I tried using the ones already included with Unity but they are not supported for iOS.
Is there any way to make these ones supported? Or is there anyway I can make my own?
Again, just looking for a push in the right direction.

as far as I know the hardware for iPhone4S and above should handle it (at least from what Epic guys did with their infinity blade 2)
Maybe a cheap way of doing it is using a mesh with transparent shader?.. have a look at this one:
