Can't find a working free speech to text api or asset

I've been looking all over the place and I can't seem to find a working free api or asset that simply let's me get voice input. I've tried ApiAi and that is too over my head to set up, and SpeechToText by Unity themselves is missing loads of assembly references or something. Can someone help?
