resubmit older ios app with old unity?

I have an iphone app that was built with unity 4.1, and prime31 plugins, and xcode 5.01. We want to resubmit it to the KIDS section without changing anything.

I'm currently using unity 4.6 and many of the prime31.com plugins have been updated to keep up with unity's changes and xcode's changes. To get the app working again and tested with all the updates would take weeks which we are wondering if we can avoid since we just want to submit it to a new category.

Is that possible to re-use unity 4.1 and submit a build in the new xcode or old xcode I used a year ago?
