Unity stops after showing splash screen.

Whenever I try to open Unity 3D, it wont come, it just sticks on that waiting thing of the soldier and shows the Unity 3D symbol. Any answers?

Hold down the ALT key on your keyboard while running unity until the project selection screen pops up and select a different project.
