Change Unity startup splash screen?
Hi. Does anybody know where the Unity Editor's start-up splash screen resides so I can change it? I mean like the island or the bootcamp picture. Thanks!
You can't change it unless you're using Unity Pro. Just thought I should let you know. :)
I think he's talking about the editor's startup splash screen, not the splash screen for a build.
That is correct, Jesse Anders. I just can't find the image for it.

try opening the editor.exe with resource hacker, maybe that helps :)
Tested, it works. $$anonymous$$ake sure you run resource hacker as ad$$anonymous$$istrator, and check the binary folder within C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Unity.exe

I'd be very interested in an alternate editor startup image, too. Most of my customers are far from the game industry and the marching Soldier gives sort of an unprofessional impression from their point of view. Even just black would be way better. Thanks!
I am sure it's somewhere in the Unity directory in Program Files. I just don't know where.
I am on a $$anonymous$$ac with Pro and I do not see a editor startup image at all!?!
