Mobile: What is the best solution to play a movie texture during gameplay?

I need to be able to play a video behind the gameplay. The video needs to be smooth and synchronized with the audio.

Does anyone have any experience doing this? Any advice about which asset store's asset can be the best to achieve something like this?
