Export substance texture
I can't seem to export the diffuse texture from my substance textures, even using the export option. The diffuse texture is almost entirely transparent, like smoke. Any ideas on this?
do you have a screen shot of your node set up in Substance Designer? we might be able to help you better if you do.

Sorry, I should have specified, I'm not using substance designer, I am using substances I have purchased, using the export drop down.
Jerc has informed me that this is fixed in 4.0. In previous versions, you have to select Export several times in order for the bitmaps to export.

The transparency in the texture is because the specular is stored in the alpha channel of the texture. It may create issue if you are exporting as png files since transparency in PNG is very badly handled by Photoshop.
Interesting, I would have thought specular would be stored as a separate texture. I suppose you can get rid of this by removing the alpha channel in Photoshop? $$anonymous$$y main goal is to be able to generate some textures using Substance (some of the nice wood textures, for example), to export those textures and use them on other models.
