buy older version of unity iPhone for making free games on iPhone
hello i want to start using Unity for iPhone, but at this time I'm not albe to pay $400 for the full Unity3 iOS app now, is there any way i can buy the older version at a discount price ? (1.6 or 2.0 if it exists) its just for making some free or maybe a very cheap game
I'm aware there is a demo, but its only for 1 month and I'm not legally allowed to publish a game with that and i really want to do this legally

Unity iPhone is no longer available. At this point you really wouldn't want to use it anyway; it's just hopelessly outdated compared to Unity 3.
i know that, but its just that i want to use it because I'm short of money now after i released a game or 2 REALLY cheap then I'm able to purchase the Unity3 program
then i guess I'm going for a open source project, and stay there
i mailed them just a hour ago to ask the same thing if they can't help me now, then its a matter of making choices for me and then I'm not spending money on Unity3 anymore oim willing to pay for it now (a lower price then the new version) and then pay again for the upgrade to Uniy3 well, lets see if i can stay with my first choice, Unity
Why don't you make your games in Unity, release them as web games/stand alone games, and make some money that way? Then convert them to iOS games after you buy Unity iOS.
