Lightmapped terrain no shadow from dynamic objects
Using Unity 5.6.1f1. Hey. Question about light mapping. I've set my scene up, a terrain with two buildings. I run the progressive light mapper and all is well creates the light map and renders the scene with the light map. The main character which is not static and was not included in the light map does not receive lighting and does not cast any shadows. I set the only light to mixed to create the light map. Am I missing something or is this just inherent. I would've thought that the main character would still cast shadows and receive light as its nothing to do with the light map. Am I using the wrong shader(Standard) or have I got the UVs(Default) set up wrong. Its doing my head in. Can you cast any light (pun intended) on the subject.
