Hi, welcome to Unity answers. We're going to need a lot more information in order to help you out! First off, make sure your computer meets the system requirements outlined here: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/system-requirements.html
You can also try re-installing the Unity Hub to see if that resolves your issues. What OS are you running? How good is your internet connection? Do you have enough free storage space for Unity? Are you installing Hub, or Hub + an Editor? The hub is not the editor. Good luck!

okay so.. I had unity installed on the same computer with older hardware, and it worked fine.. me and my buddies upgraded my pcs parts, and changed the main hard drive so id have a fresh boot, and it wont install now.. I'm running a windows10 os, upgraded from windows7, the hub is installed, and I'm trying to install the editor from the hub, but no matter if I try to add additions or just leave it normal, it just gets errors.. my internet is pretty decent, will error once or 2ce occasionally, but reloading the download always downloads it so I cant say I've really had issues downloading :P
