Question by DannyB · Oct 01, 2013 at 03:24 PM · bug report

How can I view my recent bug report

I have submitted a bug with Unity Bug Reporter, and I did not get any URL to fogbugz system.

As I understand it, for people without login credentials to the fogbugs system, we must have a URL with the case number and some hash at the end of the URL.

Something like: https://fogbugz.unity3d.com/default.asp?523472_33ksju2ert0h3hfc

Is there a way for me to create a fogbugz account? Or any other way to get to my bug report page, to add comments and watch its progress?

You use the link in the automated email that's sent when you report a bug. If you didn't get one, check your spam folder, or wait a while since occasionally they're delayed.

Thank you. I can see old emails from Fogbugz in my archive, but I haven't received one from the latest bug I have submitted. Searched "fogbugz in:spam" and "unity in:spam", both empty.

The bug report was sent several days ago, so I guess the only way for me to get to it is to ask Unity to resend it to me... yes?

Possibly they didn't get the bug report, so you could always resend it.

Yeah, no, they got it. I got a confirmation for that, and asked for the URL, haven't heard back yet. Thanks, I guess there is not other way then.

EDIT: Just got the link from Unity support.
