Move Particles with Object but in world space (character controller)
I have a gun in my game that ejects a particle shell every time I fire. the shells simulation space is world because I want the shells to bounce off of the environment, and it works fine standing still, but the shells fly through the gun when moving because they spawn without a modification for the player's current velocity. I would like to change the shells velocity to match the players when it is fired, but I am using a character controller so the velocities are not transferred to the particles, and I could not find a way to apply 3d force to the particles(I can get the player velocity) does anybody have any ideas? if so, thanks!
