Failed to update Unity Web Player Install not working at all

Hello, I have a big problem with the Unity Web Player.

Right I have never needed to use unity till now as there’s a game that needs it on a website so I went to the website with the game on it and it comes up with this unity error thing comes up saying Failed to update.

Then I install it like normal, then after that I go back to the demo's to see if it working and it comes up with the error again so I un-install it and reinstall it and nothing so I look at the error and it says this…

But what I don’t understand is that I have tried to install it manually all the time so what’s wrong with this?
