DOTS/ECS, Run a part of a hierarchical transformation twice in a frame
I'm working in a FPS game in DOTS and I'm trying to do some physically based animation on a gun held by the player. So I want to run the physics simulation code (my code) after the player and gun is the the right position and orientation for the frame. But then I recalculate the position and orientation of root of the physics parts on the gun, and that stuff has a small hierarchy. So is there a way to make the transform system run twice on a specific part?
I'm not to optimistic about this, I expect to just have recalculate the hierarchy locally in my own code (or redesign the physics-part so it's pivot is in origo). But maybe I missed something in the docs?
