Help! Rendering Stereoscopic for Museum Project
I'm an author and co-creator of a VR film called "The Click Effect," which was produced by the New York Times and Within. I've been invited by a science museum to show Click Effect to groups. I hired a team of engineers to build a bluetooth system in Unity that connects GearVr headsets (Samsung S6s) to a controller (tablet) so that many people can view the VR film at the same time. The system is up and running and working great.
The problem (and reason I'm writing) is that the file we've been running from WithIn is not rendering properly in Unity -- it's blurry, pixelated, and out-of-focus and looks crossed up. The master file we are working off of is stereoscopic -- we just need it to broadcast in stereo through the headsets.
I'm not an engineer -- the farthest thing from it (a journalist). I'm looking for a real pro to fix the stereo in this file so that the kids who view this film are seeing it in all of its stereoscopic prettiness (and so we don't make them cross-eyed the rest of their lives).
If anyone out there is interested in such a job, please advise. We are showing this film at science museums for free (all volunteer) to inspire conservation of marine mammals...but will absolutely offer remuneration for the proper job.
I have the source code and any other specifics you'd need.
Thanks for your time.
