Deep profile generating error and not giving frame 1

Grettings,

I use Unity Pro and need to start a deep profile to profile my initialisations. The record goes well when I'm not deep profiling, but when I do, I get the following error :

"Profile.EndFrame is called but not all BeginSample / EndSample calls have been balanced out!"

When I double click the error, it opens the project folder in windows explorer. Moreover, I can't get my hand on the frame 1 in the profiler. Did anyone had this error before ?
