Problem is not reproducible or outdated
I have baked lighting in my scene but an object shows no lights.
I have baked lights in my scene and the walls are showing lights but the plane object is displaying no lights; Although it has a light map.

Play around with your bake settings also test with static settings and make sure the object in question is added to the bake object list also check your render settings on your active scene camera other lights in your scene will effect your overall lighting so check their settings if you have other lights in the scene

I had the same issue, Everything is static, light is static. Click Bake. Check lightmap preview, object is in direct white. Objects UV's are correct, but the object renders pitch black.
I realized only models from blender with unity materials are affected; unity primitives are lit, blender models with blender materials are lit.
realized you had to Change all your Unity 'Metallic Alpha' materials to less than 0.8 Metallic
