Matching Animation Offsets To Previous (or Next) Animation Clip, Matching Clip Offsets For Sequential Animations
Hello. I recently started working at Unity. The problem is as follows: function "Match offsets to next/previous clip" does not work, and if in more detail, after the end of the first animation on the Timeline, the Character returns to the starting point instead of continuing to move along the second animation. Earlier you tried to answer a similar question (https://answers.unity.com/questions/1659817/matching-animation-offsets-to-previous-or-next-ani.html), but I cannot understand what is the matter. This problem manifests itself when importing any 3D models from Mixamo and in different projects (systematic). Program version Unity 2020.3.22f1. I would be very grateful for your help, because spent 12 hours looking for a solution to no avail.

Found a solution. The problem was incorrect import of animations from Mixamo. Initially, I loaded animation from Mixamo into Assets, then duplicated the file only with animation separately and deleted the original file, then dragged the duplicate onto the timeline. It was necessary to leave the original file in the project (without changes). In the Rig settings, change the animation type from Generic to Humanoid, then in Avatar Definition select "Copy from other avatar" and in the "Source" section select my 3d character (which I downloaded from Mixamo in T-pose without animation at the beginning). And now by dragging the second animation onto the timeline and choosing "Match offsets to Previous Clip", the second animation starts right there the first one ends. This process is described in great detail by UGuruz (youtube.com/watch?v=76Lh0UApjNI&list=PLUXfX06VyJNHoEFRENAdqMNJpFMc1w68W∈dex=7).
