URP Progressive lightmapper takes 10+ hours...?
As you might be able to tell, I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to lighting.
As I understand it, the Progressive lightmapper is quick - generating a rough lightmap in your view in a few seconds, and improves it overtime.
Is such long bake time estimates normal? I'm seeing ten plus hours. And I don't even see this ship have any shadow at all (although that could be a different issue.) I brought all the settings down to make it run faster, seemingly to no avail. It seems I'm missing something really big. How can I generate a quick lightmap? Any help is much appreciated!

Welp I think I've pretty much got it working, not without a few hiccups along the way (terrain not showing up in lightmap scene view, auto generate left going for an hour without any progress, not been able to close Unity while baking, leading to errors when reopening project...) Anyway, since then, I've restarted my computer, cleared the lightmap data through the bake lighting button, and cleared the GI cache through Edit > Preferences > Global Illumination. Now, the auto generation is working, and I'm properly baking the lightmap as I type... which was estimated at 8 minutes! Nice!
