Why is Vivox so incompetent?
Vivox has ruined several games for me with their garbage service. Does anyone know how to get in direct contact with them?
VOIP cuts out 10-30 mins into every match, sending and receiving. Have done every possible troubleshooting step and the Hell Let Loose/Vivox people aren't responding whatsoever. No one else seems to be able to help and there's hundreds of people I've spoken to who are having this or similar issues.
My question is why was it so easy for every single other game in history to achieve a basic, working comms system but Vivox can't?
