Failed to unpersist: MonoBehaviour ID FileID. Multi-scenes & Timeline.
Hello,
I have a lot of "Failed to unpersist" errors when I run my project in PlayMode.
In my project, I have several loaded scenes that have references to a Timeline.
Here is my structure :
[SCENE : Main scene]
- Main Timeline
[Additive Scene 1]
- Gameobject A
- Gameobject B
[Additive Scene 2]
- Gameobject C
The Main Timeline is composed of multiple timelines and has references to gameObject A, B and C (mostly Animation Tracks).
Also, timelines has a "TimelineMultiSceneSupport" script attached and gameobjects that are in additive scenes have a TimelineID script attached.
In Editor, it works perfectly, but when I press Play, i got 999+ errors like on the screenshot below, and then, all my gameObjects are destroyed. When I unload and reload the additives scenes, they reappear
My version of Unity is 2020.3.2f1.
I hope someone can help me to fix this..
Have a good day.

Update to a more recent 2020.3 patch.
This is very similar to a big that was fixed on 2020.3.
You can also try closing the Animation window before going to play mode.
If neither of these work, then please file a bug report with the unity bug reporter.

Thank you for your response.
My version of Unity is 2020.3.2f1. I'll try on a higher version. I have no Animation window opened because animations are references to .fbx files.. I guess i'll file a bug report then.
Have you filed a bug report?
When you have, please reply with the bug number, and I'll be happy to look at it.
