Can I restart the download of unity 2020.3.8f1 once it has failed due to internet failure?

I have installed the unity hub and after installing I have started downloading unity 2020.3.8f1 in app. After completing the download of 95% or something it failed due to internet failure. The 95% of the file is still stored in my pc can I start it from where it has left i.e. 95% or do I have to start from begin
